Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Depel("the Service"), operated by AiperGrowth ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Depel is a cloud-hosted platform that uses artificial intelligence to help users create iPhone applications. The Service generates code, app configurations, and related assets based on user input. Generated apps are built using React Native and Expo.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Ownership of Generated Code

You own the code generated for your projects. Depel grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, distribute, and commercially exploit the generated code. This license survives termination of your account.

The underlying templates, skills, and AI prompts used by the Service remain the intellectual property of AiperGrowth. You may not extract, reverse-engineer, or redistribute these components separately from your generated projects.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence (including Anthropic's Claude) to generate code and app content. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, bugs, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated code before publishing or distributing it.

We do not guarantee that generated apps will be accepted by the Apple App Store. App Store review is governed by Apple's policies, which are outside our control.

6. Subscription Plans and Credits

The Service offers subscription plans with monthly credit allocations. Credits are consumed when the AI processes your requests. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated. Credits do not expire within an active subscription period.

Subscription fees are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create malware, spyware, or any harmful software
• Clone existing apps or infringe on others' intellectual property
• Generate illegal, hateful, or explicitly harmful content
• Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or billing systems
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service beyond normal usage
• Redistribute or resell the Service to third parties

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIPERGROWTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your generated code remains yours (per Section 4), but your access to the Service and any unused credits will be revoked.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
