1. Introduction

AiperGrowth ("we," "us," or "our") operates Depel, a cloud-hosted platform for building iPhone apps with AI. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

2. Data We Collect

Account information

Email address (required for sign-in), display name (optional), and authentication tokens provided by Google OAuth or email OTP.

Project data

App ideas and descriptions you provide, generated code and configurations, project settings and preferences, and build artifacts.

Usage data

Pages visited, features used, session duration, browser type, device info, and IP address (for rate limiting and security).

Billing data

Subscription plan, credit balance, and transaction history. Payment card details are processed and stored exclusively by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

3. How We Use Your Data

• AI processing: Your app ideas and conversation messages are sent to Anthropic (Claude) for code generation. Anthropic processes this data per their usage policy and does not use it to train models.
• Service operation: To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including project generation, preview, and build features.
• Billing: To process subscriptions, track credit usage, and manage payments via Stripe.
• Security: To detect and prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, and protect against unauthorized access.
• Communication: To send transactional emails (OTP codes, billing receipts) and, with your consent, product updates.

4. Data Processors

We use the following third-party services to operate Depel:

• Supabase — database, authentication, file storage (hosted in AWS ap-south-1)
• Anthropic — AI code generation (Claude API)
• Vercel — hosting and edge network
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — specifically, Supabase authentication session cookies required for sign-in to work. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Analytics (if enabled) use privacy-respecting, cookieless approaches.

6. Data Retention

Your account data and projects are retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data, projects, and generated code are permanently deleted within 30 days. Billing records may be retained longer as required by law.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — update inaccurate personal data
• Deletion — delete your account and all associated data (available in Settings)
• Portability — export your generated code at any time via the project export feature
• Objection — opt out of non-essential communications

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), Row Level Security in our database, rate limiting, and secure authentication flows. All sensitive operations use server-side processing with service-role keys that are never exposed to the browser.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
